Group Department Agents Ellen Ray has been with All Seasons for over 25 years and has worked with groups and incentives for the last 20 years. She works directly with clients on the operations side as well as managing the group team. Her expertise is budgeting and contract negotiation. Ellen has worked with MBUSI for their Grand Opening for over 7,500 travelers as well as Regions, McLeod Software and Cobbs, Allen and Hall. Mary Rupinski has worked in the travel industry for over 25 years. She is specialized in Flower and Garden Tours as well as Farm Tours to Europe. Mary has worked with many of the successful travel agencies in Birmingham. After joining All Seasons Travel in 2001, Mary has been a great member of our team handling group operations and special projects. Jackie Moore joined All Seasons Travel at the end of 2007. She graduated from Auburn University in 2006 with a degree in Marketing. Her advanced computer skills and ability to design and compile proposals makes her an excellent addition to our team. Marcia Hicks joined the Group Department as a Group Coordinator in the summer of 2008. She has been in the travel industry for 26 years and specializes in corporate and group travel coordination. Marcia coordinates group operations and corporate incentives. She also serves as the Destination Alabama Coordinator to handle inbound groups and coordinates Alabama Alumni football packages. |
