How This Web Site Works

As an employee of one of our corporate accounts, you have access to the business booking engines on this web site, as well as the employee discount travel options and reservation systems on the personal travel tab of this site.

Registration

Reservations can be made once you complete the online registration process. The registration process enhances security and enables personalization. The product has two distinct sides: Business Travel and Personal Travel. Once you complete the steps below, you will be ready to fly!

1. Access the link www.allseasonstravel.com
2. Click on "Join Now" in the upper left corner
3. Choose option 1 (I am joining through my company)
4. Enter company ID given by the All Seasons Travel and click "Join Now"
5. Complete registration

1st Business Travel Search

1. The first time the traveler accesses the "BUSINESS TRAVEL TAB" the system will state that "you must be an authorized business traveler". (this is a security measure for your company)
2. Click on the "click here" to request authorization
3. In the comment section please type: please authorize me
4. Click on "submit request"
5. An e-mail is then sent to All Seasons Travel
6. All Seasons will authorize the traveler from the list that was provided by your company and return an e-mail stating that you have been authorized

Travel Arrangements

1. Log in using your email and password from registration
2. Select the Business Travel tab from the top

Your Membership Account

Your membership works on both the Personal and Business Travel portions of this site. Any reservations you make will be stored in your secure "My Trips" database. Your travel profile information stored in your secure "My Account" database is automatically used by the reservation systems on either tab of the site. Please note: you may add secondary members to your account. This is a great way to add your spouse, children, parents, or other people that travel with you. Each of the secondary members that you add has access to the same discounted travel options. Each secondary member has their own login, password, travel profile, and contact information and can use the reservation systems at any time.

Your Company Contract Rates

Our reservation engines automatically return rates available to your company under any contracts negotiated with air, hotel, or car vendors. You will notice that car contracts are available from certain rental car vendors. You can tell which contract discount rates are available by looking for the discount number next to the vendor name in the drop-down list of rental car vendors. Selecting this vendor and discount code will launch a search for rates using this discount code. Hotel searches automatically include our corporate hotel program, which provides access to the best corporate rates on over 12,000 hotels worldwide. As an employee of one of our business customers, you are also eligible for special rates for your personal travel. You will notice that the reservation engines also incorporate your company's contract rates where available.

Your Company Travel Policies

In order to use this web site, you have to have been authorized as a business traveler. This authorization gives you access to your company rates and, if available, allows you to charge your travel directly to your company through use of the Company Credit Card. Your Company travel policies probably restrict your ability to charge certain types of travel to the company credit card. Please be aware of your Company's travel policies and insure that any travel arrangements you make on this web site are in compliance with your Company's travel policies.
